  He didn’t come in the 8-1pm slot I had booked him for. I had to call them to get an update. He arrived after 5pm in the evening and no apology for being so late. The quote to get a new boiler installed was high.

  Steve was punctual. He came with all the right equipment for the job. He communicated well beforehand. He carried out the jobs and did a little extra. He brought a hoover to clear up after himself. I hope to use him again.

  Steve was punctual and pleasant. He noted the jobs to be done as he walked in. He gave loads of good advice and had all the equipment. His workmanship was good and he used a hoover to clear up any mess. I would recommend him.

  Fitting the door on the garden building

  Tony came promptly to give me a quote. When he came to do the job, he took time to try to identify what the problem was. He found a solution and carried his work out efficiently, tidying up after himself. He was courteous and polite and explained everything to me in plain English.

  Garden building door doesn't fit

  Artan came promptly to give me a quote. He was the first of the 3 tradesmen who came who verified what we'd thought the problem was, because we had seen when the concrete base went up. He was very knowledgeable and spoke plainly so I could understand. I am very pleased he came.

  A garden landscaping job

  I needed my garden landscaped after having left the house with tenants for the past 4 years Dan got in touch with me and arranged to come and see and quote quickly. He listened to my wishes and gave options. He also looked for ways to help me save money. His team of guys were friendly and worked hard, coping with my extra demands. They did paving, laying turn, creating a patio wall and putting up a new fence. The garden looks lovely now and they are returning in a couple of weeks to stain the fence and put up a garden building. I am really pleased with the outcome and can't wait for summer!
