  He found the source of the leak quickly so it was quite an expensive few minutes! But was incredibly reassuring to know where the water was coming from - as it was coming from an adjacent property I didn’t need any more work done - but was very impressed with all my interactions with Mayfair

  Sub: Bad experience and I would never hire this company again! The appointment was at 10am but turned up at the property 30 mins early but after 20 minutes, the plumber called me to inform that it is going to cost £375 plus vat to change a valve to stop leaking. I asked him if he diagnosed the issues and he said yes, but I asked him how long the job is going to be. Plumber said it may 30 minutes or three hours! If he had diagnosed the issues, as an experienced engineer, he should know how long the job would take. I then asked me send me the quote for fixing the issue but still not received!

  Their initial response was very prompt and the service was excellent and about as expensive as I would have expected for central London. The person taking the booking was excellent, friendly and flexible.

  More interested in money than the customer or reputation

  The company were responsive however the work was not completed satisfactorily. We had to pay the full cost in advance which is a sharp practice. Deposit - yes for sure. The full cost?? Sharp. We had to call the plumber back after a couple of days as the toilet issue was not properly resolved and they wanted to charge ANOTHER £144. I would never use this company again.

  Leaking pipe under a park home!!

  Great service. Plumber came within 2 hours. Really friendly and quick in finding the problem and fixing it. Definately not a rip off company.
