  Failed to attend a pre-arranged meeting

  I had used Steve to refurbish / redecorate another property following termination of a tenancy earlier this year and was happy with his work. On this occasion however - and to my surprise / disappointment - he failed to attend a pre-arranged meeting with self / tenant to discuss required works or responded to a voicemail enquiring his whereabouts. As such said works will now be further delayed and self / tenant left seriously inconvenienced.

  We would highly recommend Steve. There is nothing that he can’t do! Very reliable, excellent communication, amazing and varied skill set, problem solver , creative and exceptionally competent. He undertook a variety of different jobs for us, From laying paving, clearing the garden, fixing fence panels, fixing decking and painting it, painting the outside of the house, to laying turf. He is multiskilled, punctual and such a tidy worker. A joy to have around and we are very lucky to have found him!

  Take down and replace stud walls

  Steve Palmer contacted me shortly after posting my requirements on checkatrade. He came to have a look at what was needed the next day, and was able to start the next week. He was very friendly and comfortable to chat to. He was also very accommodating to our requests which did change, and also gave us advice on whether something would work or not.

  Steve was punctual. He came with all the right equipment for the job. He communicated well beforehand. He carried out the jobs and did a little extra. He brought a hoover to clear up after himself. I hope to use him again.
