  Flexible, friendly, good price, poor communication.

  Dean came promptly to check what needed doing and give a quote via text. He was helpful in referring use to shower company and flexible to complete the work. The job took him longer to complete then he anticipated so the invoice for the work was more than the quote. In the end this was fair as the enclosure had to be refitted due to error on par of shower company, not Dean's fault. Overall, the work was satisfactory but communication during lacked professionalism.

  Rob contacted us quickly after putting out the work on Checkatrade. Excellent communications and quote was competitive so we went this him for the job. Arrived on day arranged and carried out the install efficiently. EV charger working well. Followed up promptly to check everything was in order and available for any issues.

  Prompt replies and advice on work options.

  Mario was quick to contact us and came to look at options. He clearly talked through what the options were and then followed up promptly with a quote for installing an EV charger. We only did not go with BES as they were a little more than an alternative provider, however up front visit and quoting was excellent.

  Thomas was a pleasure to deal with as were his team. He follows up same day on any query and concern. The quality of work was excellent and work was completed to schedule. Neighbours commented on how nice team were to have around. Clear contract for work agreed ahead of time and signed off at end. Highly recommend.
