  Toilet repair

  Dean was excellent. I submitted my request 2pm and at 9am the next day I had a working toilet. He arrived early, diagnosed the issue in minutes and went to get the part - producing an invoice so I could be sure the price was fair. An excellent service and a good sense of humour on top.   Unprofessional, confrontational, incompetent, had to get whole job redone.

  A price was agreed based upon a clearly laid out list of tasks - £1000 plus materials Dean completed the work and sent me invoice for £1300 plus materials. I checked job with him, pointed out shower door not closing, corners and joins not sealed, towel raise in wrong room. Dean told me the job had been hard, it was disgusting I was questionning him and walked out. There was suggestion shower door was faulty, so i contacted shower company and agreed with Dean he could install a new door to rectify the job. Dean told me he had done this. He didn't. Have had to get whole job redone.

  new radiator fittings

  Lovely gentleman, very courteous . We had to replace the tap, and unfortunately this wasn't going to be available until the next day (Sunday). Dean said he was happy to collect, and then fit it on the Sunday . To save him some time, we collected, notified him that we had the tap, and he arrived 10 minutes later, and completed the job. Everything left clean and tidy, couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.

  Flexible, friendly, good price, poor communication.

  Dean came promptly to check what needed doing and give a quote via text. He was helpful in referring use to shower company and flexible to complete the work. The job took him longer to complete then he anticipated so the invoice for the work was more than the quote. In the end this was fair as the enclosure had to be refitted due to error on par of shower company, not Dean's fault. Overall, the work was satisfactory but communication during lacked professionalism.
