    Lovely gentleman, very courteous . We had to replace the tap, and unfortunately this wasn't going to be available until the next day (Sunday). Dean said he was happy to collect, and then fit it on the Sunday . To save him some time, we collected, notified him that we had the tap, and he arrived 10 minutes later, and completed the job. Everything left clean and tidy, couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.

    Flexible, friendly, good price, poor communication.

    Dean came promptly to check what needed doing and give a quote via text. He was helpful in referring use to shower company and flexible to complete the work. The job took him longer to complete then he anticipated so the invoice for the work was more than the quote. In the end this was fair as the enclosure had to be refitted due to error on par of shower company, not Dean's fault. Overall, the work was satisfactory but communication during lacked professionalism.

    Dean completed the removal and fitting of a kitchen sink and tap to professional standard - a very experienced plumber and it showed. He was also really helpful and friendly with a great sense of humour and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed - and as a result he is now our trusted plumber whom we will be using in the future for bathroom refit and any other plumbing work we require. Thank you Dean!
