  Great for the basics, but disappointing to have to get a second electrician to finish the job

  Pleasant, responsive and tidy professionals who had no issue with fitting all of our standard light fitttings. They struggled with the over stairs install of our Schuller Sphere pendant though and ultimately couldn't fit it. It was heavy and fiddly, but we did share the details in advance. They did re-box the light, tidy up and cover the holes before leaving, but the electrician that ultimately fitted it (on his own) couldn't understand why they advised that we needed to get internal scaffolding. Perhaps best to discuss more complex needs first.

  Thank you for your feedback, We decided to postpone installing this particular heavy light fitting due to being a risk of falling as no ladder or step ladder could be used because of the twisting staircase. Leaning over the landing was H&S risk.

  Installation of double socket to garage and store room

  Mario communicated really well and provided a quote quickly at short notice which was really appreciated. Mario and his team did a great job installing the socket in my store man and add a new socket to my garage with light. They left a really tidy job. Would highly recommend his work thank you.

  Absolutely a breath of fresh air. Had trouble with many workman before. But Mario is a true professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. Very neat and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. Turned up when he said he would . When there was a problem Mario found a solution. Will definitely have Mario back for the other jobs we need to get completed.
