  gs Electrical was great. Their communication was professional, the installation is neat and tidy, and they brought mats to cover the floor from back door to distribution board, leaving the house as it was.

  Resurface of bay window roof and garage roof

  CJR Home Improvements replaced the tired old felt roofing on the bay window roof (which had a leak) and garage roof (which also had a leak) with rubber. Throughout the process the communication was great, and the team on site was polite and professional. The finished product looks very neat.

  Wall ties replaced

  Needed wall ties replacing (Andy was honest and said you can leave the existing ones in to rust away which saved a lot of the cost). The crew arrived at 08:30 and left at 13:30 having done the whole semi detached house. They left the place neat and tidy and did a good job on matching the colour of the mortar with that of the brick.

  Woodworm treatment and replacing floorboards

  They quoted a reasonable price for woodworm treatment. Upon sanding the floorboards it turned out quite a few of them were riddled and needed replacing. They fitted their job around some other work being done and were pleasant to deal with. Readily took on the extra work for the floorboards at a fair rate.
