  Cal was friendly and professional. He was able to come round quickly and fit around our schedules. When he turned up he was tidy and quick. A breath for fresh air for a trades person that understands customer service.

  Excellent service from Rhodes plumbing Wallsend

  Called Callum Rhodes to convert our bathroom, we wanted the bath removed and a walk-in shower area created. We also needed some tiles removed and replaced, a new toilet and basin fitted as well as new flooring. Callum was very good at listening and checking in with us to make sure he did the best job, he created a new shelf area next to the basin and completed the job with a new shower screen. We are very happy with the finished result, Callum was always polite and professional, turning up on time and leaving the work areas as tidy as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  Bedroom ensuite fitted

  We enquired to see if it was possible to build an ensuite into our teenage daughters bedroom by utilising her cupboard space. Rhodes plumbing came out to have a look , to measure up and even came up with the design. What happened next was simply fantastic the cupboard space was transformed into an amazing walk in private ensuite featuring walk in shower cubicle, toilet & sink , tiled flooring and a spot light ceiling, we are thrilled at how the job turned out and couldn't recommend Rhodes plumbing enough. Their workmanship is superb and they are super friendly and nothing is a bother.

  Water leaking threw my kitchen ceiling from the main bathroom in the house

  Cal was absolutely spot on. I placed the job on Checkatrade he rang me straight away I explained the issue I was having and he said he would be round the next day. He arrived on time, he straight away identified the problem I was having fixed it they and then also said if I have any more issues to contact him straight away and he’ll come back. Highly recommend him.

  2x toilet valve fittings replaced

  Good communication and completed job that was requested, including unblocking the basin which was not reported at the time. This was in a rental property and Cal was fine liaising with the tenants to get the job done around them. Will use again and highly recommend.
