  I would not choose to engage Paddick again

  Our experience with Paddick Engineering was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Their “Detailed Structural Survey” did not include the retaining structural boundary wall, something every other surveyor we’ve since spoken to considers standard as well as AI which is an aggregator of all the worlds knowlege. The initial report contained basic errors (e.g., describing a 3‑storey property as 2‑storey). Had to get another person out to complete the survey. Line item on the second quote was also noted as 'structural survey', the same as the initial enagement. I had a long review cut down

  A simple job done right

  A simple job for anyone experienced and done well. Change of a pull cord and wiring if a new bathroom fan. Will absolutely use again.
