  To source & install electric heater & heated towel rad.

  The towel radiator was too heavy for the wall and fell off within months, they put nothing behind the plasterboard walls to attach it to. I had to source it myself because they had no account with the supplier but nor did I! Even though I checked with supplier that it was ready to install, when they came to install it bits were missing so I had to order those and they charged me another call out fee to install it. None of that would have been necessary if they had sourced it as requested, im not a plumber so did not know what I needed to install it, they are supposed to be the experts, not me

  Thank you for your feedback. We offered several towel rails from our wholesalers, all declined as they didn't match your photograph or preferred size. We then traced the manufacturer via a reverse image search and, having no account with them, advised you to order direct plus the accessory pack. The supplier confirmed the order included the heating element, which they didn't send, so a chargeable return visit was agreed at the time. The rail was fitted using the manufacturer's own fixings. We went the extra mile and feel we couldn't have been more helpful, so it's a shame you remain unhappy.

  Have used Finney Electrical a few times, initially for an emergency evening call out. They took time to find and assess the fault, make a repair and get our electric back on. Now our go to electricians - have undertaken full system testing, replaced external cables to garage, replaced outdoor lights and internal smoke detectors. All the electricians who have completed jobs are professional, reliable and keep us informed of work and progress. High quality service and work.

  He is not qualified and unreliable

  Contacted James Finney for EICR work and he sounded like a good guy. However a Pass was issued without any inspection done, there were visible electrical issues with switches which were not detected on inspection. Also discovered James was not qualified for Electrical Inspection. This was raised with him but he decided to stop communications with me.

  We are qualified with City & Guilds, NAPIT and hold numerous other certifications covering inspection, installation, solar, EV and testing, gained through years of experience and ongoing training by all our engineers. Our software tracks our vans, records arrival/departure times and before, during and after photos to ensure consistency and quality. As you have already seen, these records confirm our attendance at your property. Communication between us unfortunately broke down when the correspondence became hostile and included comments about our business that we consider to be defamatory.

  Extractor fan success!

  Highly recommend Finney for installing our new bathroom extractor fan. He did a fantastic job dealing with a tricky installation tight to the ceiling and tiling. He was incredibly neat, precise, and left the workspace spotless. The new fan looks brilliant and is running perfectly. Professional, efficient, and great communication throughout. I would absolutely use his services again for future electrical work. Exceptional job!
