  Alarm problem solved very well.

  On Sat 10th June short power cut triggered alarm outage. Problems resetting. Called Fuzion out of hours. Operator was very quick, helpful and polite. Referred us to engineer who called in less than 5 mins. He (Aaron Bates) was very quick, professional, helpful and professional. Problem solved in less than 3-4 mins. Very grateful, would happily recommend Fuzion 4.

  Annual inspection

  Andy arrived earlier than booked - no problem - he called us first to check whether convenient. As always (he has visited us 3 or 4 times) he was very pleasant, full of useful information in answer to questions, very professional and quick and very tidy through the whole job. We have the same high opinion of all Fuzion 4 staff. Would be very happy to recommend Fuzion 4. Finally, can't comment on price for visit, as covered by annual fee. We find the price reasonable.

  Trimming hedges and bushes

  Andrew came to trim our large hedges and a number of other bushes. This is the Fifth year he has done this for us and we continue to be delighted with the quality of the work he has done. We will continue to ask for his help as long as we will need it and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone (we have already recommended him to friends and neighbours in the past.) Last year we asked him, for the first time, to do proper tree surgeon work - on an ugly tree. Again, we are delighted with the result - now that the new season is showing the results of his work.

  Garden maintenance

  Jody and his team have given us complete garden maintenance for 18 months - last visit on 28/02/2022. We rate them as absolutely excellent in all areas - clearance of large plants, planting, weeding and general upgrading and tidying. They are always very polite and helpful, always on time, hard working, very tidy and very skilled and professional. We would recommend them highly. I can't give a quoted price, as they charged an agreed hourly rate for regular visits over 18 months

  Outdoor painting of doors and porches

  We asked Phil to repaint outdoor doors and porches. There was a delay of 4 months, due to work load. (No problem for us.) He told us well in advance when he would start and likely timings of work. He turned up exactly when he said he would, he had to miss one day only because of rain, and finished within 6 working days. His work was excellent. Preparation was thorough, he kept the work areas clean and tidy, and the quality of the decorating very good. He was very pleasant and polite and kept always to promised timings. Strongly recommended.

  Clean stairway and landing carpet

  Stephen Badger turned up a little early (but no problem.) He got on with the job very quickly and finished it to our total satisfaction within the one hour time he had estimated. His work was excellent, he left absolutely no mess, he put his cleaning machine outside the front door, so there was no possible risk of damage to flooring. He was extremely polite and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and his bill was competitive and acceptable, and exactly what he had quoted. We are very happy to recommend him.

  Trimming large hedges

  Andrew has trimmed and reshaped very large and over-mature hedges, also removed and improved a number of trees in our garden exclusively since June 2017. Once he had done the first job for us, we decided that we would not ask anyone else. His work is excellent, he cleans up after to a very high standard, as a person and tradesman he is very polite and pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. When we first decided to ask him to do work, his prices were very competitive - since then, his prices have not risen. No hesitation in highly recommending him.
