Olly contacted me within a day of me posting the job on Checkatrade, which is great, and we were able to discuss what needed to be done and arrange a date to carry out the work. He's polite, personable and tidy and I would definitely use Affinity Plumbing again in the future.

Great service start to finish really happy with Olly and his team from the initial phone call to the completion. His attention to detail from him and his team is brilliant and his explanation of explaining things through is in depth yet simple for someone like myself to understand. Will defo recommend to friends and family and to anyone else looking for a new bathroom

Excellent Service and Workmanship for Repairing a Leaking Toilet

My property had a leaking toilet and I was recommended to use Olly. He was extremely proffesional in his customer service providing competent and knowledgeable information, providing different solutions, returning phone calls and adhering to promises. There was no pressure from him to choose a particular option and was happy to work within my budget. As for his workmanship, he completed the task quickly and efficiently causing as minimal disruption to our lifestyles. Would definately recommend. Thanks Olly

Superb service, from thorough check to identify the required spec, sourcing a great quality shower screen to installation and clean up. Very friendly and helpful, comfortable having them in the house. Quick service and a reasonable price for a quality installation.
