  Great service and fixed emergency

  Had a non-draining toilet and struggled to find anyone to come and investigate / fix issue. Called OneFlow and James was able to come within 30 minutes. Identified cause of actual issue but during investigation also identified another potential issue we'll need to get United Utilities to fix. As this was my 83 year old mother's house, it's reassuring to know it's all fixed and now works as expected.

  Had a fantastic experience with JBT Plumbing. I thought it was just the pump that had gone with a slightly leaky pipe but turned out to be the valve on the water heater as well. Pump, filter and valve all replaced and only slightly higher than original quote. Would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

  Fixing tilt and turn window that wouldn’t open fully.

  Fantastic work from Flavius - got window open and fixed and also ensured it and the other windows (including French windows) were working and tightened handles. Also gave advice on maintenance for the windows to ensure the issue doesn’t occur again

  Patio Door Handle Repair

  Needed someone to check and repair my 82 year old mother's patio door handle (with it being unclear if there was more damage or not). Called Mark who answered straight away and said he could go straight there to see what parts might be required. Turned up quickly, took a look and identified the issue and repaired the door handle. My mother was very impressed with how quick and efficient Mark was and that he didn't ask her to pay. Has been added to our list of "will call again" tradespeople.
