  Drainage issues

  Had a slow-emptying toilet. Tried getting plumbers out but none interested enough, so went with a drainage specialist. William and Elliott talked me through what they were doing and kept me up to date with progress. The issue turned out to be related to our furry friends having damaged the pipe. They pulled out lumps of stone and flushed out other stuff I won't specify and put a liner in. They also recommended a valve which I've actioned separately. Messy job but they did their best to keep it under control, and cleaned up after.

  Blocked outdoor drains

  They rang me up as soon as I posted the job and sent the plumber out within a couple of hours. The lady on the phone and the plumber who came out were both absolutely lovely. Work was done really well. Explained everything fully. It turns out we need to contact the council and they wrote everything down for us to send to the council and said they'd email us with it all too. Great service, would absolutely recommend!

  To unblock a toilet

  James came out to unblock a toilet at my brothers property, toilet completely full of waste however he cleared it all and unblocked everything so toilet can be used again. Wasn’t a pleasant job for James but he cracked on with it. I’ve now asked him to check and flush drains out at my property. Very professional and will definitely use again.

  Drain in the garden overflowing,

  Called Oneflow Drainage, gave the information about our issue, within 15 minutes we received a call from the engineer, who said they would be with us in half an hour. Luke the engineer was very professional and very quickly started work, and within the hour had the drain was unblocked. We were very happy with the work carried out, I would highly recommend Oneflow for the service and their prices are very reasonable.
