  Paid but toilet still blocked and rude after sales woman

  I called up as saw reviews that your company had up blocked a toilet. When I came through the woman couldn’t hear me as she had an unwell child in her ear but I clearly stated that I had a blocked toilet not a blocked drain you can listen to the call. I subsequently had a nice young man come out worked hard with his jet washers but end of the day toilet was as blocked as it was before he said you need a plumber I think he should have known this wasn’t a drain issue and should have guided me to the fact at the beginning of the appointment that he would not be able to unblock it

  Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We apologise for any background noise during the initial call. Some staff occasionally work from home and children can be present. OneFlow Drainage Ltd is a drainage company, not plumbers, as clearly stated on our website. This job was booked and attended as a blocked drain. Our engineer attended, cleared the blockage and you confirmed you were happy by signing the invoice. You were advised that scale was present and further work may be required.

  Efficient and easy to deal with.

  Very efficient company.At all times I was kept informed about what was causing the problem and the means to repair it.The gentleman who was dealing with it was hard working ,polite and kept me fully informed.I am pleased that I chose One flow and would use them again and unhesitatingly recommend them.

  Blocked toilet cleared within an hour

  I logged a job to unblock my elderly mothers toilet and within ten minutes I was called back and a visit arranged. The job was completed within the hour. The service was excellent and the work carried out by a friendly and helpful plumber. I would highly recommend the to my friends and family. Many thanks.
