  The work was completed as requested. Time slot was 9-11 but didn’t come till 12.30. That was disappointing as it was our only toilet in the house and we are both retired.

  Unblock a toilet rim block

  Got a phone call pretty much straight after posting the emergency job on a Saturday afternoon advising me what their rates were. I accepted this and was told the plumber will call me directly and can come the same day. James called me and asked me what the problem was. He said he might have to take the toilet off completely and he'd be approx 1hr. He arrived on time and got the job done fairly quickly without having to remove the toilet, just the pipe at the back. It cost me £57 which was great considering I'd been quoted £180 from someone else to come on Sunday! Would highly recommend.

  Great service and fixed emergency

  Had a non-draining toilet and struggled to find anyone to come and investigate / fix issue. Called OneFlow and James was able to come within 30 minutes. Identified cause of actual issue but during investigation also identified another potential issue we'll need to get United Utilities to fix. As this was my 83 year old mother's house, it's reassuring to know it's all fixed and now works as expected.

  Gully Removal From Under Extension

  After finding out we had a gully under our extension floor which was still used for kitchen waste we contacted OneFlow to see what could be done. James came along to assess the work needed quickly and quoted us a reasonable price. We booked James in and he come to do the work for us, taking care while removing the laminate floor, removing the gully, fitting a new pipe with extras to prevent it backing up and smelling, cemented the area and relay the floor. All of that took 4 hours. Very clean and a great job done. James is also a great, polite person. Would recommend!
