  The firm contacted us promptly after placing the work on Checkatrade and inspected and quoted the next day. As the quote was acceptable compared to other quotes it was accepted and the work was started and successfully completed a couple of days later. We will certainly use this firm to quote again when more work is required. We were fully consulted during the work to be certain that the work would meet our expectations. The team are very pleasant to work with and work hard.

  Supply and plant Beech hedging and turf.

  Date and price agreed to supply and plant a beech hedge and turf an area adjoining this. The work was carried out on the agreed date for the quoted price. The materials were of excellent quality and very professionally planted . There was the minimum of disruption and the area was left clean and tidy. I have employed this firm before for garden and tree maintenance and intend to use their services in the future.

  The company gave an order of magnitude estimate before we agreed a visit. The visit was carried promptly and the detail of the work agreed. The quotation for the work arrived promptly and a prompt start date agreed. The tradesman carrying out the work arrived on time , verified the work needed and got on with the job. He was very pleasant to deal with. When the work was complete the operation of the ladder was clearly explained and demonstrated and I tested the ladder which met my expectations. All necessary paperwork (manufacturers instructions etc ) was provided.

  To sweep wood stove chimney and check stove for wear and tear

  Mark arrived on time ( a little early which was not a problem) The work was carried out competently and cleanly with no residual sooty smell. The stove was discussed and a couple of items that might need work next time identified eg 1 firebrick and 1 door seal. A good job for a fair price. Will definately use next year.
