Mark and his colleague did an excellent job. The work was very demanding due to the hot temperature of the loft, which is low and unboarded. However, the team worked professionally and cheerfully and kept me informed of their progress. They took care of my home, and everything was tidied up when they finished. Jonny did a fantastic job. He came to quote on the same day we put the work request, and gave us thorough explanation what kind of work is required. He started his work as scheduled, and worked so hard. We requested an area for storing boxes and he created a fantastic boarded area with solid wooden frame. Mark and Euan did a remarkably fast job topping ups insulation in one loft and placing new insulation in the second one. They considerate in updating the time of their arrival. I got quotes from a number of companies, several of which were scammers, so I was very careful when hiring someone to do this work for me. Jonny was great! He took the time to answer all my questions, and to explain what needed to be done and why. His communication was top notch, as was his availability! He also did great work - all of which went very smoothly, though it took a bit longer than expected, but he was very flexible and we had no problems working it out.
