  Michael did a great job of cleaning our carpets in the lounge, hall, stairs and landing. He arrived on time and completed the job in around 2 hours (as estimated). I would thoroughly recommend this company.

  Sam and his team arrived just after 0900 and had completed the work in less than an hour. They replaced the 6 missing tiles plus another five they found scattered accross our roof. A would thoroughly recommend this company.

  Malcolm recently decorated our hall, stairs and landing including 6 doors (4 of which are new). We were absolutely delighted with his standard of work. He is very thorough, extremely punctual and kept the whole house neat and tidy as he went along. He has a great sense of humour and was a lovely guy. We will definitely be using him again.   They did a fantastic job. It took a couple of days longer than planned because of the inclement weather conditions but we were very impressed with the hard work the whole team put into the task. Their quotation was within £500 of the lowest quote and around £6K cheaper than the highest. The work they did was outstanding in our opinion. The day after they left we found four small problems which we asked them to fix. Unfortunately, it took over four weeks to resolve these issues which did put a little damper on our experience, however, it didn't detract from the quality of their work.

  Our gas boiler had stopped working and Heatwave Engineering got it working again.

  We had no hot water or heating after another company installed two new radiators. Heatwave Engineering responded to our request for help within two hours. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes of his estimated arrival time and got our system up and running again within an hour and a half. Excellent service. The engineer was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Very efficient and friendly man. We thoroughly recommend Heatwave Engineering.

  James arrived a little earlier than expected and got down to work straight away. It didn't take him more than about 3 hours to remove the old wooden door and replace it with the new steel door which looks great. He was polite, cheerful and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and we thoroughly recommend him.
