We couldn’t pick a better removal company. These guys are doing their job with smiles and laughter, almost seems like it is their hobby. They were really understanding with us having to wait for the key from our new home and communicated with us perfectly too. Brilliant service from Plain Sailing. The booking process was easy and Louise from admin was extremely helpful. The removals team were professional, friendly and punctual. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We moved our belongings from a house to storage and will use them again to move our items from storage. On the basis of first impressions, I chose Plain Sailing over competing quotes, and it proved a wise move. The team showed up on the day, and got stuck in without delay. Apart from being friendly, and concious of handling/packing your property carefully, they clearly knew what they were doing - evident when they moved a tall American fridge/freezer. I moved house using Plain Sailing after a recommendation and found them a very pleasant and professional company to deal with. I opted for a full packing service and they treated my belongings very carefully. We cover all major surrounding towns and areas of Surrey & Sussex, including Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Reigate, Horsham, Oxted and Horley. As a family run company with many years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on our incredible customer service and high standards.
Our staff are fully trained before starting work with us, they take great care in packing, loading and unpacking your belongings. There will always be experienced staff members at every job and you can relax knowing that we will take care of everything, taking out some of the stress of moving.
