  Installation of five-bar gate with posts and accompanying fencing

  Hired for £1,274 gate installation (Sept 2024). Multiple issues: dropping gate, unsecured bolt sleeve, exposed holes from incorrect installation, and defaced posts. Owner admitted negligence in writing and promised replacement by Nov 8th. After missing deadline without communication, they demanded removal of honest reviews and signing of Non-Disclosure Agreement before honouring their original commitment to fix problems. Company more focused on silencing feedback than fixing their mistakes. Would not recommend - poor workmanship and unprofessional conduct. All statements backed by evidence.

The issues raised are cosmetic, involving minor visible holes, which do not affect the performance or purpose of the gates. The original work was carried out by employees who are no longer with us, and we take full responsibility for addressing any concerns. Despite staffing challenges, we remain committed to resolving this matter professionally. Unfortunately, your decision to post inaccurate reviews online and engage in aggressive phone communications has strained our working relationship.   Repairs made to shed roof

  SM Fencing did everything as per the quote, tidied afterwards leaving no mess, it's now like a new shed!

  Deckings Aren't Trampolines

  Whilst i was somewhat enjoying using my busted decking as a little trampoline, it was getting slightly dangerous. We wanted to get the whole section replaced entirely with something non-slip. It was expensive, but it's been an pleasure to enjoy the British summer rain whilst walking over my new deck and not slipping over. Well worth the money. The guys did an awesome job, with great attention to detail on things i legit would have never spotted. It's actually made the rest of my garden look a bit pants... I also had a fence replaced at the same time and it's doing its fencey job nicely.

  Install concrete spurs to fix wobbly fence posts

  They arrived on time, were very careful when coming through the house, and apologised about the mud on the floor, which was to be expected with all the rain we have had.
