9.75 Fault finding and resolution

Our main fuse was tripping at random times. Keith was quick to come round and tested the circuits. He identified more than one fault and explained them clearly. He isolated the faulty appliances, where water had got in. I also asked him to replace the old consumer unit, which he did the next day. Both appliances have now been replaced and Keith tested and connected them. The main fuse does not trip now. 10 New kitchen and dining area.

Six months on our kitchen continues to be a delight to use. Nothing was too much trouble for Carl, Graham and Michael. Their workmanship was to a high standard and attention to detail excellent. The subfloor was in such a poor state we wanted it replaced. Carl called in additional help to get this done and still completed the project on schedule. With a wall and existing fittings removed, he was able to suggest changes to increase the usable space. He talked us through the additional costs and kept them to a minimum.
