  Really pleased with the service from this plumbing company. They were reliable, communicative, and delivered a high standard of work at a fair price. Jay was friendly, careful in his work, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Would happily recommend and use them again.

  Efficient, Good Value, Good Communication

  They gave me a fair quote for the works to be done, and scheduled me in very quickly. All the work was done to a high standard. Steve is great and kept me informed as the work progressed. Would definitely recommend! Works completed - full reseal of shower unit, replacing cartridges in leaky taps, tightened kitchen tap, replaced kitchen waste pipe outside.

  Replacement of bath tap, new waste trap on bath, fix shower pole that had leak

  From initial enquiry to finished work, Willow Plumbing services were professional throughout, fast response to messages, short wait time for job to be completed, and when on site, turned up on time, clean and kept us informed throughout the job.   Great job from Steve and the team - I'm very satisfied. They responded Steve request to quote quickly and took time to help me understand my options and work out what was best. He made a special effort to fit the job in quickly as he could see it needed doing soon. Very pleased with the new hot water cylinder fitted and the timer. Price was competitive and for the standard of customer service was excellent. Would recommend to a friend.
