Highly recommended. Steve replaced a water pump for us. Punctual, professional, helpful with info, and no hidden extras from the quote (despite the fact he had to do a little more work than expected to get the electrics connected). Willow Plumbing Services (Steve) have done a couple of jobs for me over the last month (radiator/towel rail replacement+ kitchen taps repair). Communication, service and transparency of pricing/costs have been first rate. The jobs have been completed in a timely fashion and it is clear that Steve knows his stuff !
