  Louis, Jake and Logan have been amazing! By far the best and nicest builders we’ve had in our home. They have gone above and beyond in every area of our brief, making useful suggestions on materials and finding solutions to problems we didn’t expect to find. They’ve turned what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting realisation of our dream garden. From a very detailed quote all the way through to a flawless execution, every stage has exceeded our expectations - we could not be happier and are so grateful to have found these guys!   Conor was initially good. He turned up, built most of the wall, then said he was going on holiday but would be back to finish. He said he’d order materials for delivery whilst he was away. We agreed to pay him for the job, except for £200 that would be due when he returned. However, 2 weeks passed & we didn’t hear from him. We eventually got through- he said he was sick.,We left it a week. After ignoring our calls and messages, he said he couldn’t do it but would send a friend. The friend asked us to buy the materials that we have already paid Conor. Just want him to return & finish!!

  Ian and his team designed our doors exactly to spec, and delivered on schedule. The finish is excellent, and we are delighted with them. They were also a very competitive quote compared to some others received. Having used Ian previously for our windows, we knew he would do a great job but these have gone far above our expectations.   Boiler Service and Additional Pipework

  We had Mark visit previously to cut an old gas pipe and he serviced the boiler at the same time. So when we needed to cut another few gas pipes and service the boiler, we thought he would use him again. We didn't mind waiting just over 2 weeks for him to get to us as we were expecting him to complete all the work on the same day. However, he serviced the boiler and told us that he would be back early next week to complete the additional jobs. Messaged him on Monday, no response. Called him on Tuesday, said he wasn't able to come back out this week, plus couldn't give a date. Frustrating experience.

  Darren and team were great to have around - always very considerate when we were working from home, and the work has been completed to a very high standard.
