We had a couple of issues with our toilet and the pipework under the sink causing both to leak. Richard came out quickly to assess the issues and returned with all the necessary replacement parts. Completing the task with professionalism and a great friendly manner. Recommended to us by our close friend. It was easy to make contact with Richard and agree appointment date and he arrived punctual on the day. He understood the issue first time and fixed it promptly the same day. This immediately resolved the unseen wastage we had on our water tank but was picked by our meter reading and was alerted. I was trying to replace the toilet float valve, when the water inlet valve broke. I called Apples and they came within a few hours and fixed the problem, even though it was more complicated than expected.
