I was trying to replace the toilet float valve, when the water inlet valve broke. I called Apples and they came within a few hours and fixed the problem, even though it was more complicated than expected. As always Richard sorted our problem out quickly and efficiently. I contacted him in the morning regarding a leak from our toilet cistern. He agreed to come around in the afternoon. I sent him some photos of the cistern and leak area. He came as agreed and within an hour all was sorted.
