  We had unsafe electrics from a bad builder. SWC Plumbing & Electrical came in July and did an excellent job: replaced shed and garden lights, fitted a front door light, boxed exposed wiring and solved our switch mystery. Work was fast, professional and good value. Before hiring, we agreed safety paperwork was required and he assured us it’s standard, but despite chasing since July we’ve had no paperwork or response. A shame, as otherwise we’d highly recommend.

  Leak under kitchen sink from torn rubber pipe connected to macerator pump

  Terrible service. I was forced to pay £120 for a call-out after being assured they could fix my leaking pipe and had the required part. I even emailed a video to make sure they could sort the problem. The technician spent 5 minutes looking at it, didn’t touch the pump, and left, saying they’d source the part. Minutes later, I got a call saying the part couldn’t be found. The same person who took the payment. They refused to refund me despite providing no service. This company wasted my time and money. Completely unprofessional and unreliable—AVOID them at all costs.

  They never showed up. I called to ask if they were on their way, only to be told I was "next up." The entire day was wasted at home with no call, no follow-up—nothing. Completely unacceptable.
