Called ASDL on Saturday morning, an engineer (Steve) was round in under 3 hours to assess the work needed and provide a quote, was able to carry out the job same day, really helpful and logical about layout which we hadn’t thought of. I was contacted immediately and after a brief chat was told someone would be with me within 3 hours for a quote. I was told his name and to expect a call. I was then contacted by them and told he would be with me in half an hour. Within a minute of advertising the job ASDL called to offer their services. Less than 40 minutes later one of their engineers was at my house surveying my situation. He them explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote. He had ladders, new aerial and booster box on his van so I was happy for him to do what was needed there and then.
