  Severe defects in workmanship, property damage, and non-compliant installations.

  Terminated JRS Plumbing after paying £3,200 due to major defects breaching the Consumer Rights Act. 1) No mandatory waterproofing (tanking) behind shower tiles, violating British Standard BS 5385-1:2018; requires full strip-back. 2) Wall-hung sink framing is unsafe, missing timber support and held by a single weak screw. 3) Poor tiling with severe lippage and misalignment, ruining my materials. 4) Long screws pierced completely through drywall, damaging the adjacent room. Work is non-compliant and requires total rectification. Checkatrade complaint logged.
