Simon came out to help us with a boiler problem (we are not on mains so needed a gas safe engineer). We had a problem maintaining boiler pressure. I had a boiler problem that needed seeing asap. Simon couldn’t have been more flexible, helpful and thoughtful. He stayed with the job even though it kept getting worse , even rearranging to come back the next day. So ever was done incredibly quickly even though it got complicated. And very very fair on pricing. He turned what might have been a crisis into a managed problem. We are a business set in Stafford and work in most of the surrounding area. 25 years ago I was in the RAF and this is where I learnt a lot of my trade, upon leaving I gained more experience and worked for a large national gas company where I developed my skill base. I found that the customer service was not what I wanted and so left and formed Central Gas Solutions Ltd with the aim of giving the best possible service to our customers. We have been trading as a company for 11 years and have over 20 years experience in the gas industry.
We can offer a full range of services from servicing, repair and installation. We specialise in boiler repair and will often find the fault with a heating system where others have failed. We know how a boiler works and therefore know how to fault find and so do not just replace parts until the boiler works. One of my pet hates is people fault finding who have no basic electrical skills, many times we have been to quote for a new boiler and ended up leaving with having repaired a boiler. Having this knowledge is what gives us the ability to give our customers a no fix no fee option. I wouldn't pay someone who didn't resolve a problem and I wouldn't expect our customers to either
We will always strive to put our customers first, achieving and exceeding expectations on a regular basis. We will arrange jobs around our customers' schedules and will often end up servicing appliances in the evening to prevent people from taking time off work unnecessarily.
We can arrange for periodic servicing of your appliances.
We are accredited installers for Vaillant and as such offer extended warranties on these boilers but we can install any boilers that a customer wants
We have boilers for all budgets and will always try to get you the best boiler for your budget
The amount we quote is the price you pay – we will not surprise you with any hidden extras.
We have the ability and knowledge to overcome your heating & plumbing issues.
