  Excellent job, pretty much from start to finish. Competitive initial quote and they arrived on time as promised when they came to quote and also when the work was done. Guys who carried out the job were polite, clean and tidy, once they had finished you wouldn't have known they had been here!

  New fascia and guttering at ground floor level and brickwork repairs.

  Arrived on time, was polite and courteous and got on with the job with little fuss. The new guttering and fascias are a vast improvement on what was there before, all of which was dismantled and removed. The brickwork repairs are almost invisible unless you know exactly where the issues were previously. Highly recommended.

  Outside garden tap fitted.

  Our old garden tap was leaking a lot of water and was the wrong size for a new hose. Mr Gibbs removed the old tap and fitted a new one quickly and without any fuss. Having previously used him for other work we were just as impressed again, will continue to use.

  Leaking taps and waste around kitchen sink.

  Repaired a leaking tap and broken waste in the kitchen without fuss and without the need for extra parts or doing work that we didn't need doing. Was in and out relatively quickly and we certainly didn't feel overcharged for the work done. Would definitely recommend and we will be using again.

  Boiler faulty, pump error.

  Called early on a Monday morning as our boiler had failed over the weekend. Mr Gibbs was able to come out almost immediately as he had time before his first job, arrived within half an hour of us calling, and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. A tidy job (he took the broken part with him too) and we appreciated the speed given the lack of hot water.

  Replacement garage door

  Vlad was professional from the outset, prompt (early in fact) when he came to do the initial quote and polite and obviously knowledgeable. There were some problems with delivery from the manufacturers causing a delay but we were kept informed and Vlad was extremely apologetic. When the work was carried out it was to a very high standard and once completed you would not have known he had been there that day, the job was neat and tidy and all rubbish (including the old door, mechanism and surround) were taken away. Highly recommended.
