  Replace the motor on an electric roller garage door.

  I was very impressed with the speed at which Vladimir answered my request for a quote for a repair. When he visited to give me a quote at no time did I feel pressurised into accepting. He was able to find the fault, a burned out motor, and gave me a quote. The part arrived within 2 days and he was able to book a visit quickly. Unfortunately the reason for the motor burning out was the bearings in the pulley had gone which he was not able to see until the bar was dismantled. A new part was ordered and duly arrived. Vladimir only charged us for the part not the second visit for fitting it.
