  Radiators not working but hot water was fine

  Masoud came out to have a look at what was needed to get our hearing back on. To be greeted by a “bodge” job by the previous owners. He carried out the repair the same day which took a few hours with his colleague. Updating all the way through. Worked hard to change things over and fix the issues and explained what was needed going forward

  Replacing a power shower for a mixer on. Brought it forward four days.

  Masoud came to quote changing a leaking power shower over to a mixer type, as the new boiler was putting pressure on it it wasn't used to. Came Tuesday arranged to fit it next Tuesday. all good. Thursday came and the shower was now spitting out water. I took a video to send to Masoud and he said he can do it Friday instead as it turned into a leak. True to his word, he came Friday and fitted a new mixer shower and with a panel tidied up the shower area so it looks like it should be there. It looks good. I would recommend and use him next time I need something doing.
