  Seemed to do a reasonable job, then machine started leaking. Contacted him and not interested. Had machine replaced and found se ere damage to flooring and John Lewis installers reported that wrong connector had been used. Requested refund-awaiting reply.

  quick reply to my request, I can only stress that the guys were very friendly and polite, they got on with the job and when they finished cleaned up and left the place spotless! I would recommend them anytime for excellent work at a reasonable cost.

  Masoud quickly responded to my request for plumbing help. He arrived, he assessed the problem, proposed a solution and quotation for the work and a timescale for the work. All very politely and everything was acceptable. On the day of the job, he was delayed but updated me very well. He finished the initial task efficiently and effectively, moving onto the second and third parts of the job really smoothly and wasted no time. He was very tidy and cleared up after himself. A very pleasant person who knows what he is doing and I would have no hesitation in employing him again.

  Really professional urgent plumbers helping stop at a water leak in a property in Verwood so water could be turned back on. Masoud and the team arrived really quickly, were friendly and polite and even helped tighten additional pipes and improve current fittings. Top job! Couldn't recommend highly enough and have done so to family already. 10/10 and will certainly use the superhero plumbing team again. Thank you!
