  I had a fantastic experience with JW Security when they repaired the windows in my rented flat. From start to finish, communication was excellent - clear, prompt and reassuring.   End of tenancy cleaning for two-bedroom property

  The cleaners themselves were very professional and did a great job. The company, however, charged me for something I didn’t request (they refunded it afterwards) and generally use very aggressive marketing. Expect at least an email a day, pressure to buy services/subscriptions, out of hours phone calls etc.
