Called in the morning about a drain blockage outside my house. Within 3 hours they'd arrived and less than 3 hours after that they'd unclogged two external drains, and cleaned up all the debris around the drains that the blockages had caused. I rang Piper and Drains in a bit of a pickle with blocked pipes in my house. Sami turned up when expected and was respectful to my home and garden. Although they responded quickly, they could see I was a lady on my own and the price went very quickly from in the £100's to over £400 - I would not recommend at all. I felt like I was left with no choice but to pay the money.
