  Very quick response for the quote, competitive quote with a full breakdown of the work to be carried out. Arrived when agreed and carried out the work agreed with no hidden work or costs. Carried out extra work as discussed and agreed. Full clean up and all carried out to a very high standard. Highly recommend Kevin and his team and will certainly be using KC Fencing again.

  Planned to replace immersion heater, reviewed situation and only replaced thermostat but said if that failed would come back and replace the unit

  Quick reply to message, was on site by the agreed time. Jack reviewed the issue explained clearly what the situation was and only changed what he thought was needed. He also said that is the thermostat failed again he would be back to change the whole unit. Jack was very polite and explained the steps he was going through. All good so far.

  Work was discussed previously and quoted, explained well as to what was to be provided. On the day, work was confirmed as to what was required, work was done quickly, efficiently with minimal disruption to my working day. Cleared up all the debris as promised. No un-necessary mess while working. Good job all round.
