Heating and Hot Water not working. Saeed came out on the same day diagnosed the issue and provided advice to the tenants. While he was there he also replaced a leaking pipe. I can’t thank Saeed enough for his help when I had an issue with low boiler pressure. He talked me through everything step by step over the phone and even video called to show me exactly what to do. What really impressed me was that he was away with his family, yet still made the time to help. His patience and clear guidance got my boiler working again quickly.
