  Excellent work all round

  Job was to instal a wideband LNB on our satellite dish since the original dish installer used the wrong LNB and failed to rectify this. Gerry came promptly, indeed even sooner than originally arranged, with good communication. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, quickly identified what was needed and carried out the work efficiently. He made sure that everything worked correctly through our Freesat box and tidied up thoroughly. He also gave some advice on our system in case of any future troubles. Reasonable charge. Would definitely hire again.

  Replacing worn out pump and valves

  Prompt attendance by Brad. Job turned out more complicated than anticipated, requiring full system drain. Not a problem for Brad. He happily made a return visit to sort out residual gurgling. All now functioning well.

  Partial blockage of soil pipe for downstairs loo

  Excellent work, a bit pricey. Hughie came promptly and quickly found the cause of the blockage. He cleared this and hosed through to our pumping station, detecting a fault with the pump (nothing to do with the blockage), and recommended a contractor to deal with this. All left clean and tidy.
