    Contacted Rtechrepairs on mobile. The gentleman I spoke to was in the area so could assist with our oven issue promptly. He assessed the situation, provided an on the spot quote to which we agreed and thought it was reasonable . The parts were ordered there and then . He phoned a couple of days later to say the parts were in and we agreed on a day for him to carry out the job . He was prompt, efficient, professional,knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our home. We would reach out to him in the future if we needed further assistance.
