    New element needed for electric oven.

    Parts were ordered and fitted efficiently, at the time arranged, and at reasonable cost. Both technicians were friendly and helpful, and gave good advice. I would definitely book them again if any other issues arise.

    Washer dryer interface not working well and maching not drying well

    A great experience with Rtechrepairs. Rangel contacted me shortly after I had listed the job. He was polite and we arranged a time for him to come. Callout cost was clearly advised over the phone. On arrival Rangel was professional and polite and clearly knows his stuff. He quickly was able to determine the reason for the dryer no longer drying and was able to reset the switch which had been deactivated. He gave advice on avoiding recurrence. He also gave advice on the electronic panel and a quotwe for replacing it should we wish to do so. Overall a great service!

    Fridge/freezer not functioning properly

    Very quick response to enquiry, could come next day. Managed to fix the problem after trying a couple of possibilities. We have recently had a new kitchen and spent time looking at our new appliances and explaining a few things about washing machine and tumble dryer that is not in instructions! Also levelled washing machine for us. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
