    Excellent work all round

    Job was to instal a wideband LNB on our satellite dish since the original dish installer used the wrong LNB and failed to rectify this. Gerry came promptly, indeed even sooner than originally arranged, with good communication. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, quickly identified what was needed and carried out the work efficiently. He made sure that everything worked correctly through our Freesat box and tidied up thoroughly. He also gave some advice on our system in case of any future troubles. Reasonable charge. Would definitely hire again.

    Super efficient.

    Very quick response. Checked Satellite signal. Diagnosed satellite receiver failed. Supplied and installed new set and uprated LNB. Ensured that everything was working correctly. Excellent service all round.

    Loss of TV signal

    Gerry responded to our enquiry promptly. He attended site and diagnosed the problem with our TV signal efficiently and, importantly, correctly. The solution was implemented at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him.

    Aerial Specialist

    'Futurevision' - Gerry came round on Sunday at short noticed and quickly established that the 'Signal problem' with the TV's was the Booster box on the aerial was letting in water and the Amplifier in the Loft needed replacing. He is very professional in the way he carries out his work " And I can't recommend him highly enough "

    Excellent from contact to completion

    Upon inspection was advised Aerial and cabling needed replacing no surprise as 40 years old. Gerry suggested a new route for cabling which not only saved metres of cable through house but is now one cable as opposed to many joined together. Work was carried out professionally and with minor disruption, absolutely first class service. Would recommend and use again

    TV aerial booster renewal.

    Gerry arrived promptly and after checking our TV sets he diagnosed our problem. Fortunately he carried a spare aerial booster so replaced the old one. He retuned our sets and as we thought identified a back light problem with a bedroom set. Going forward he advised on possible replacement and installation. As ever Gerry worked speedily and took old aerial booster away and left area clean and tidy.

Futurevision was founded in 1997. After 25 years of working in TV retail and repair Gerry the owner was doing more aerial work so branched out on his own and Futurevision was born. Our area of working is based on the local areas of Surrey and Hampshire but we have gone further a field for certain customers who needed specialist installations for which we were recommended as being "the people for the job"

Our focus is on a friendly attitude with good old fashioned customer service and attention to detail. Gerry has been well "house trained" and takes as much care in your home as he would his own. We aim for our work to blend into whatever surrounding it is installed in, aiming to enhance the integrity of older character buildings and new build alike. Attention to detail has led to dishes being painted green to blend in with trees and many other little touches to keep our customers happy.

We also have installed Cinema systems, projection screens, Plasma, LCD etc. if its not mentioned please ask as we probably do it.

Although the majority of our work is in the private home we have also installed many integrated systems for flats and multiple user complexes etc .
