  Concrete garage removal

  I recently knocked down our old prefab garage and got some quotes, with Carl being the best by far. He communicated clearly throughout the process and was punctual, in fact early, cleared the area and left it in pristine condition. Although I wast there for the collection, he invoiced me the same day for easy payment. An all round good experience. Thanks again Carl.

  Rear extension to house - Kitchen/Diner and rear bedroom.

  Gary and the team carried out a full rear extension to our chalet bungalow, which was to create a kitchen/diner and larger bedroom. The build did take significantly longer than expected, which was down to poor weather and unearthing a completely rotten roof, which needed to be completely replaced, causing additional work and costs. Kitchen/diner extension included fitting a skylight, patio doors and putting in new window in existing wall. The quality of the work was good throughout and we are very pleased with the final product. Lots of little ideas thrown in along the way to make it perfect.

  New fitted kitchen.

  Alan commenced the fitting of our new kitchen, bought from Magnet, initially meant to be fully built carcasses, but due to money constraints, had to buy flat pack instead! Due to the nature of the flat pack kitchen it did take a bit longer than initially thought (5-6 days for ready built carcasses) but the finish is to a high standard. At one point, due to our existing wonky floor, two of the units did not quite line up with other units, but Alan came up with a superb solution, which required 2 new end panels from Magnet, which he supplied at no extra cost.

  Built Large Decking.

  Gary and Bill done a fantastic job of our new decking. Quote was given before the start of the job, which was extremely reasonable, and on completion there were left over spindles, which Gary returned and gave a refund, which paid for a nice parasol, table and chairs!

  Damp assessment.

  Initial consultation for suspected rising damp. Alan was extremely thorough in his checks and very informative throughout. Assessment found condensation was the issue, which he took time to explain all potential sources and solutions. Free reassessment was offered during summer months to ensure the problem is definitely condensation.
