  Full renovation done properly!

  We had asked for a full renovation of our house & from start to finish Gary, Alan, Bill & when busier Beano was there all did a fantastic job. Great workmanship, communication, quick to resolve any issues & always there to help with ideas, suggestions & explain why/how things could be better where possible. We’ve always had bad luck with our house so for them to come along it’s been like a breath of fresh air & love the banter. The relationship they built with our kids has been great to see & helped massively when the house was manic & in full swing with the building work, thank you!

  New bathroom and en-suite, plastering of ceilings, replace fire surround

  ARC was recommended to me by my partner. She had previously employed them to replace builders that were unreliable and displayed poor workmanship and quality. This was my first time needing to us a builder and from start to finish they were excellent. Were sympathetic to our requirements and provided great solutions to our needs and responsive to any last minute changes that we suddenly thought of. The quality of workmanship was superb and any issues they had they would talk us through it about suggested solutions. I would not hesitate to employ ARC again. Proper builders.

  Single story extension & kitchen fit

  We had a great experience with Gary, Alan & Bill. Initial quote was done quickly & was fair & easy to understand. Great communication throughout our project, Gary was our main contact & was really helpful with advice & suggestions when issues arose due to drainage. We were kept well informed of progress & expected time scale. Everything was finished to a high standard & a few extra bits were added along the way with no issues. Would not hesitate to recommend ARC for any building work.

  Bathroom complete re-fit

  We have placed quite a few projects with ARC now and have always been delighted with the outcome. This time the work was for the complete strip and re-fitting of an upstairs bathroom, and was carried out by Gary and Bill, both of whom are skilled and meticulous tradesmen. We also benefitted, as usual, from some good advice from Gary in particular. They are fully house-trained, honest and trustworthy, and I recommend them once again without hesitation.

  Wrap around ground floor extension

  Gary, Bill and Alan were great to work with. Gary has been our primary contact and is very communicative, he is happy to give advice and guidance without being pushy and will talk things through with you. The build was quite challenging but was delivered on time and in budget. We agreed a few extras along the way and Gary was clear and reasonable with the costings of those. Both Gary and Alan have are able to communicate well with building inspectors and agree pragmatic solutions. Bill is very thorough and conscientious and was able to tackle some particularly awkward plumbing.

  Lovely gentlemen, kept us up to date and informed of what’s going on and any changes that may be needed etc. happy to help with any extra requests/bits and bobs that needed adding for personal request or regulation wise. Always cleaned up after each day and overall great service. Pretty much transformed our ground level into a lovely open space. Great all round company.
