  Single story extension & kitchen fit

  We had a great experience with Gary, Alan & Bill. Initial quote was done quickly & was fair & easy to understand. Great communication throughout our project, Gary was our main contact & was really helpful with advice & suggestions when issues arose due to drainage. We were kept well informed of progress & expected time scale. Everything was finished to a high standard & a few extra bits were added along the way with no issues. Would not hesitate to recommend ARC for any building work.

  Bathroom complete re-fit

  We have placed quite a few projects with ARC now and have always been delighted with the outcome. This time the work was for the complete strip and re-fitting of an upstairs bathroom, and was carried out by Gary and Bill, both of whom are skilled and meticulous tradesmen. We also benefitted, as usual, from some good advice from Gary in particular. They are fully house-trained, honest and trustworthy, and I recommend them once again without hesitation.

  Wrap around ground floor extension

  Gary, Bill and Alan were great to work with. Gary has been our primary contact and is very communicative, he is happy to give advice and guidance without being pushy and will talk things through with you. The build was quite challenging but was delivered on time and in budget. We agreed a few extras along the way and Gary was clear and reasonable with the costings of those. Both Gary and Alan have are able to communicate well with building inspectors and agree pragmatic solutions. Bill is very thorough and conscientious and was able to tackle some particularly awkward plumbing.

  Lovely gentlemen, kept us up to date and informed of what’s going on and any changes that may be needed etc. happy to help with any extra requests/bits and bobs that needed adding for personal request or regulation wise. Always cleaned up after each day and overall great service. Pretty much transformed our ground level into a lovely open space. Great all round company.

  House Pointing, Coping stones added to garden wall.

  Have used Alan and his team on a number of occasions. Quality of work is always good, prices are reasonable and Alan keeps you informed all the way along. They've completed several projects, from installing a wet room to cladding a staircase and replacing the old bannisters with glass. Alan's come up with some good ideas when we've discussed projects with him, and he's got a creative side which helps achieve excellent results.
