  Bathroom cement boards and tiling - Excellent job

  Gary initially came to my place to give an accurate quote and answer any immediate questions I had, which was ultimately why I went with him, plus really reasonable quotes. This theme continued through the work as Gary always communicated why or how he was doing things which really made me confident in his work. The end result is perfect and I will absolutely be using Herts Premium Tiling again.

  Very happy with washing machine diagnosis and repair

  Phil came to see me for a washing machine repair due to an intermittent error code. He was very descriptive when walking through what the issue could be and then diagnosed and repaired the problem all in 30 minutes. I was very satisfied and will likely use Spin Doctor again.

  Replacement of oven fan motor

  Quick, easy, no stress. Paul came when he said he would, and was finished in 15 minutes. The charge was reasonable and included the new part. Will use again for any appliance repairs.

  Removal of old shower/flooring and renovation of bathroom

  Firstly, Terry was more than happy to come out and talk me through his expert thoughts before I gave him the job, which was really reassuring and was ultimately why I choose him. He then made sure to respond to all my questions regarding what products I needed to procure prior to the commencement of the work. During the job, Terry made sure to communicate any decisions with me and provide his opinion which I valued. The work went well and Terry was subsequently happy to come back for some final touches which was appreciated. Overall, I would use Terry for any further plumbing work I had.

  Colin responded to my message very promptly and was able to complete the work the same day. He was very friendly and completed the job beyond my satisfaction. I would definitely employ him again and recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable electrician.
