We wanted our downstairs toilet re tiled and from start to finish Gary was helpful, professional, prompt, skilled and flexible. We had to change the plan before starting but this was totally fine, Gary made it a smooth process, went above and beyond and generally just all round did a great job. Mr Buzzing communicate every step of the work. He took notice of my needs and he went beyond what was required. He did an excellent job on uneven floors and walls. Gary is one of the best overall trades I have experienced and I do a lot of renovations myself. He was the only tradesman to visit before providing a quote. He found time in his schedule to do the work, fitting in with our committments. He discussed options before doing an excellent job. He was tidy, punctual and polite.
