    I always ring Spin Doctor when my washing machine packs up as I have always found them and their engineers to be reliable, professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, polite and reasonably priced. On this occasion, I found Scott to be all of the above. I had no idea what was wrong. Scott quickly found the fault, mended it quickly with minimum fuss and left my kitchen spotless.

    My washing machine suddenly stopped working and was tripping the electrics. I called to arrange an engineer visit and was booked for the same day. Communication was excellent, the costs were clear and reasonable. The engineer (Jamie) was excellent - he phoned to let me know his approximate timing. He was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. He explained clearly what needed to be done, how much it would cost and answered any questions I had. I am very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend.

    Ashley fixed my washing machine surprisingly quickly, he turned up when he said, and it cost under £50 on top of the call out fee. I had already picked a new machine just in case but needn't have. Will use again.

Our skilled engineers are equipped to handle repairs for all brands and models, including Miele. We service a wide range of appliances, such as washing machines, washer dryers, dishwashers, electric ovens, cookers, hobs, extractors, tumble dryers, and refrigerators.

Our prices are competitive, and our service is quick & professional.

We repair most of the appliances that we attend. However, if it is uneconomical to repair your appliance we can supply and install a new machine very quickly. This makes the process seamless and stress free.

We offer same day or next day appointments depending on your location. Once you have booked an appointment you will receive text confirmation and when the engineer is on route, he will send you a text with his estimated time of arrival.

The appointment times that we offer are Monday-Friday 8-12 am or 12-4 pm For customers that have busy schedules, or school runs we will always try to be as flexible as possible.

Our office opening times are Monday to Friday 9-5 however you can use the online booking system if the office is closed.
