  I can’t express how kind, genuine and nice the engineer was. Super-relaxed, helpful and just got straight to work with a smile. It’s genuinely the first time in a long time where I’ve met someone who genuinely seems happy doing what he does and enjoys meeting people. Will use again and couldn’t recommend him enough.

  Excellent service again- engineer arrived the day after I rang - showed me what was wrong and fixed the machine by fitting a new pump within 30 minutes. No mess and no fuss !

  New Fridge freezer Installation

  My fridge freezer had failed. I called Spin Doctors who arranged a within hours. The engineer quickly diagnosed that the appliance was beyond repair (it was over 18 years old) He then explained that a new fridge freezer would require special hinges to be integrated into the existing housing. He quoted me a price to supply and fit a replacement and the next morning at 8am two fitters arrived and completed the whole job efficiently. One even helped me put the old fridge freezer in to my car. Most impressive.

  Dishwasher repair

  Very bad experience. Dishwasher was foaming onto the floor so had Spin Doctors round. Changed for a part (£30), ran the machine for a few minutes then left. That night the same thing happened, so I called back and was told nothing more could be done: Appliance is beyond economical repair due to needing parts that are too expensive or not available. Please do not attempt to use the machine. I tried changing dishwasher tablets and it works fine again. Why not suggest that or trying a different setting? No advice, just a part replaced that didn’t need to be, then told to buy a new machine…

  Engineer arrived to site diagnosed that the pump required changing, cost of part was not discussed. told me that he had discovered a major leak under the sink, to which he said had been going prior to his arrival, this was not the case as it was a major leak and therefore our kitchen would of been flooded. He advised that the pump fitting would have fixed and resolved the issue. He left site with no testing of the dishwasher nor offer to arrange a revisit to test their work. I fixed the leak within 20 minutes, dishwasher fault still there. Office were unhelpful and offered no refund of part..
