  Repaint two bed house and lay laminate flooring

  Jay was great. Work carried out to a high standard, left the house tidy and communicated well throughout on any issues arising. Flooring wasn't part of the initial work and something I was initially expecting to go out to a different trade on but given Jay had done such a nice job on the painting I offered it to him and he did a great job on that too.

  New downstairs toilet installed.

  Jordan removed the existing toilet, sink and tiles, putting up new tiles and installing the new suite. He was punctual, we felt comfortable with him in our home and are delighted with the finish. Will happily have him do more work in the future.
