Liam at Heat Pump Service Solutions was very quick to respond and helpful over the phone to try diagnose the issue out of hours. A visit was booked in for the next day. We called Liam out as we are a residential Girl Guiding building and our heat pump had gone off. Liam was with us within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that we needed. He isolated one of the tanks to ensure we had hot water until he could make the repair. He was back within a week to replace the faulty part. On both visits he waited to ensure the system was running. Liam is totally reliable with excellent workmanship. He kept me informed of the progress of the ordered part and returned at the time and day he said he would.
