  Great experience. They were held up on an emergency job but I was kept regularly informed and reassured that they were coming to see me that day. The problem with water hammer with my shower was properly investigated ,the cause eventually identified and remedied. I got a full explanation of the problem. They were very friendly and the cost was very reasonable and I fully recommend this company based on my experience

  replacing two branched ceiling lights with new ones

  As they were in the area they were here within the hour of the job being advertised. The lights were replaced in no time. Friendly and a good price for the job.

  New fuse box, removing old alarms and old wiring, changing light fittings

  Would 100% recommend. Both guys were friendly and courteous despite the fuse box being in a very awkward position, having to work for a time in a boiling hot attic and having to work out the eccentric old wiring. A couple of little extra things were found that needed doing and done with no extra charge. Very reasonable price too.

  It was great to have everything done by one firm in a very timely manner. John talked me through each stage so I knew what was happening. Shout out to Richard for all his hard work and his ability to remain polite and friendly in rain , wind and the freezing cold. Everything cleared away at the end of each day. I'm not a builder so can't judge the work but John personally signs a written guarantee for 15 years which gives peace of mind. Would definitely use again.

  Repointing bungalow

  The job was done quickly and the house looks so much better now. Only took a point off as no one called to let me know they would not be turning up on one of the days they said they would (it rained!). Would use again though.
