  Connecting new gas hob

  Don’t use. Had a new kitchen fitted in August, Jas the gas engineer and his partner connected my new gas hob. It’s now December and I have been smelling gas, got an emergency gas engineer out from the National Gas Emergency Service and there is a leak. It also took them 3 hours (which they charged me more for), and the emergency engineer said it was not a 3 hour job. Don’t bother.

  Reliable, efficient, professional

  I have so much praise for this company. I was a little anxious initially to say the least, having had a few bad experiences with contractors in the past. But Jordan was so patient and understanding over the phone even when I phoned numerous times for clarification and reassurance that same evening. Ryan came out the next day and knew exactly how to stop the leak from my bath that was dripping through my neighbour’s ceiling in the flat below. Jordan told me Ryan was nice and he really was the kindest, most honest person, as well as being fantastic at his job. Can’t thank you both enough

  Excellent plumbing service from Leeds Emergency Plumbers

  Jordan came to fix a toilet with a concealed cistern at my home — what initially looked like a straightforward job turned out to be quite tricky due to hard-to-find parts and incorrect manufacturer-supplied parts. Despite these challenges, Jordan was professional, patient, and persistent throughout. He kept me updated, returned promptly when the parts arrived, and ensured everything was left tidy and in working order once the job was done. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and doesn’t give up until the problem is resolved correctly. I’m very happy with the result and will use him again

  Kitchen leaking tap repair

  Asked for Jordan's help with with a concerning, permanently running tap which was difficult to access before even considering fixing. Replied quickly and gave an upfront quote/made sure he could come out in a time that worked for me when discussing. Top professional, sorted it out with no fuss and was friendly in discussing throughout. Would be my first call for any issues in the future!
