I've had work done around the house from replacing taps, mending gutters and pipes, plus a new fence and toilet replaced. Very friendly and reliable service. Luke offers advice on all jobs, and nothing seems too big or too small to be fixed. Reasonable quotes given and all questions answered with honesty, with advice if anything can be done differently. Luke was easy to deal with and communication was great, really friendly and will definitely be calling on him for other work in future (work included changing light fixtures, decorating, and other general bits and pieces too). 10 Media wall installation

Had a media wall fitted and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. I was advised of options and what would make the finish look good and I have to say I was extremely happy with the finish. I’m Luke, and I’m the owner of K-7 Property Services LTD, so on any job you’ll be dealing with me directly, from start to finish.

Here at K-7 Property Services LTD, we can provide you with all your property installation and maintenance requirements.
We offer a range of services, from large projects such as refurbishments and renovations to media walls, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as gardening, fencing and landscaping.
We are also now City & Guilds qualified in epoxy resin flooring, worktops and splash-backs.
As a certified installer, we will now be offering this service alongside our other.
We also offer:

- And all your general handyman jobs that need doing around the house.

P.S. We do not repair appliances, we don’t do windows or external doors, we don’t go on roofs, and we only build flat-pack furniture as part of a wider range of jobs.
