  Fitz was round in minutes, identified and fixed the fault and was gone in the blink of an eye. There isn't a single aspect of this job that could be improved upon. Flawless

  Loft conversion and more

  Summary - could not be happier Honestly, everything about the loft conversion was absolutely outstanding from the day Jake arrived through to final sign off. The quality of workmanship, the various tradesman that did the work, the price vs competitors, everything. Ours required reducing height of ceilings, switching the stair config around, and we added a ton more work around the house (skylight, juliet balcony etc) Throughout, Jake kept us updated with any additional or differing costs and lead times for the different stages of the project. Genuinely couldn't be happier

  Loft conversion

  Absolutely flawless. I genuinely can't think of a single solitary negative point to mention Gilles is polite and friendly, his work is impeccable and he was ultra amenable to any changes we made (there were lots) He's punctual, honest, almost preternaturally tidy and made what is a fairly stressful situation an absolute breeze. His knowledge of anything house related is insane, he could do anything we asked for The loft room is beautiful, built to an ultra high standard and it was completed on time and within budget Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

  Slate floor tiles and stair carpet cleaning.

  Could not be happier. We have light grey slate tiles in our kitchen that attract grime on sight. Ben and Tom restored the entire floor so that it looks exactly like it did when it was first laid. I didn't know we were so dirty. I've never been able to get it that clean, and now any dirt/spill wipes away without having to scrub. They sealed the grout also, which I genuinely though was a dark grey colour. Turns out it's white! Awesome. They also cleaned the stair carpet too, looks brand new again. Arrived on time, left on time. Very clean (obviously!) and tidy and jolly nice chaps to boot.

  Repair to wooden worktop

  Genuinely could not be happier with the work. It was originally supposed to be an interim fix until a new worktop could be installed, but such is the quality of the work, it's staying. Paul arrived on time, charged what he said he would, did an absolutely amazing job and was a thoroughly decent chap with cracking musical tastes ;) Highly recommended.
