  Jake's team was brilliant from start to finish. We had a complicated loft conversion & Jake made it as smooth & stress free as possible. His team is polite, considerate, always on time & a genuine pleasure to have in our home. Jake is a genius problem solver which our conversion needed! We were so impressed by his expertise & creative solutions. He explains everything carefully & you know exactly what's happening in a postive 'we can do this, don't worry guys!' way. He's transparent about costs & meticulous in setting everything out so we cld keep track of our budget. 100% recommend.

  We couldn't be happier with our new loft conversion! The entire process, from the initial planning to the final touches, was seamless and professional. The team was incredibly efficient, respectful of our home, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our new space is exactly what we hoped for and has completely transformed our home. Highly recommend!

  A company that won’t let you down!

  It was really refreshing dealing with a company that actually did exactly what they said they’d do!! Jake was really easy to deal with, very friendly, polite and professional! The team were always on time, did the job and cleaned up afterwards! Would definitely use again, they made the whole process stress free!!!

  Couldn't be happier with the result! Jake and his team installed two dormers and rebuilt the stairs and landing to utilize the space more effectively. All work was completed on time and on budget with great communication throughout. Attached are some before/after pics.

  Loft Conversion - Bed and Bath rooms

  I have had a great experience with Jake, from the outset had a few quotes from different builders but Jake made me feel the most comfortable and was the most professional/organised I came across and very fair priced. Throughout the process Jake maintained that professionalism and has been so helpful with design ideas and coming up with solutions to problems. I am so pleased with the finish, looks amazing and has really maximised the space achievable in both the bedroom and bathroom. Jake and Kash have been so helpful, respectful and professional and I thank them for a great job!
