  Gilles was great from start to finish. Him and his team built our 2 bedroom and bathroom loft conversion. Great communication throughout. Also very considerate of our neighbours. He recommended a great plumber who has started work for us. Would highly recommend

  Professional, Reliable, and a Pleasure to Work With

  We had a great experience working with Giles and his Team on our home renovation. He enlarged the window openings (bringing in loads more natural light), connected the kitchen with the sitting room to create a much more open and functional space, and laid the flooring with great care and precision.Throughout the project, he was consistently professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed at every stage, managed the project efficiently, and was always ready to explain things clearly or offer helpful advice when we needed it. We especially appreciated his calm approach.

  Loft and exterior extension plus total redecoration

  A seamless experience from start to finish , the team at Sussex Downs Construction were builders of the highest quality , always on time & meeting their targets , amazing value and considerate at all times. I have used them for extensions and all other forms of building work & renovations accross my own property portfolio , and will continue to do so for many years

  Loft conversion with ceilings lowered

  Gilles and team undertook a tricky job to convert a small loft space involving lowering ceilings in bedrooms and approached it with skill and enthusiasm when many other builders didn’t want the challenge. They are very easy to work with, all around excellent communication and did a really good job. Would recommend to anyone.
